, a comedy directed and co-written by Gene Stupnisky, the brilliant writer and co-producer of
The Office
.
Sony Pictures won the rights to it hard, according to Variety.
This feature film is added to the long list of projects of the actress, who has decided to take a break since 2019.
The
Hunger Games
star
will also star in the comedy
Don't Look Up
, by director Adam McKay, alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, Cate Blanchett and Meryl Streep.
The film will be released in December.
Jennifer Lawrence is also set to star in
Mob Girl
, directed by Paolo Sorrentino, and play Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes in
Adam McKay's
Bad Blood.
Committed to the feminist cause
Jennifer Lawrence took advantage of her vacation away from the movie sets to take care of her personal life and get involved in civil rights.
