"Little sister, do you know that I found middle age from a young age, and old age from middle age. Our three brothers and sisters finally met..." On October 11, in the Public Security Bureau of Shapingba District, Chongqing, nearly the age The ancient Wei brothers and sisters met on the big screen the Wei family's younger sister who had been away in Xinjiang for 66 years.

The time distance of 66 years, the spatial distance of more than 3,600 kilometers, the countless cares and misses, have all turned into deep family love and excited tears at this moment...

Wei Pingquan told reporters that 66 years ago, his mother gave birth to twin sisters. After one of them was adopted by someone who was less than one year old, she has since lost contact.

For 66 years, Wei Pingquan and his family have been looking for this sister.

In May of this year, Wei Pingquan, who lives in Ciqikou, Shapingba, learned of the "Reunion Operation" of the Ministry of Public Security. Wei Pingquan's brother and sister came to the Shapingba District Public Security Bureau to call the police for help.

After receiving the request for help, the police immediately collected the DNA of the brother and sister and entered the information into the system for comparison.

Fan Jinsong, head of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau, organized the relevant police officers of the Criminal Investigation Division of Shapingba District to study the case and decided to start with the key information of "twin sisters".

Since Wei Pingying and her missing sister are identical twin sisters, their long-term correspondence should be highly similar.

The policeman who handled the case immediately collected clear photos of her sister in different periods and from different angles to carry out face comparison work.

Subsequently, tens of thousands of suspected photos were obtained from the comparison of portraits.

Afterwards, the police conducted one-by-one research and judgment in terms of age, appearance, and life trajectory, and screened out more than 400 subjects with relatively high probability for a second judgment.

After three months of fighting, the police finally set their sights on a woman named Hou Lijuan who lives in Aksu City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Afterwards, the police sought help from the Public Security Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and the other party assisted in finding the Hou Lijuan and collecting DNA.

After repeated comparisons and verifications from multiple angles, the Chongqing Public Security Bureau finally determined that Hou Lijuan was the sister of the Wei brothers and sisters who had been separated for 66 years.
