According to the Seibu Railway, the Seibu Ikebukuro Line has been suspended from operating on the up and down lines between Ikebukuro Station in Toshima Ward, Tokyo and Tokorozawa Station in Saitama Prefecture from around 10:11 pm on the 10th due to personal injury.
Due to this effect, the Seibu Yurakucho Line, which connects Nerima Station and Kotake Mukaihara Station, and the Seibu Toshima Line, which connects Nerima Station and Toshimaen Station, are also suspended.
According to Seibu Railway, the operation is expected to resume around 11:10 pm.
