JR Utsunomiya Line Takasaki Line Partially reopened Tokyo-Omiya is postponed (15:40)

According to JR East, the Utsunomiya Line resumed operation between Omiya Station and Utsunomiya Station, and the Takasaki Line between Omiya Station and Takasaki Line by 3:40 pm.

Currently, the

Keihin-Tohoku Line between Akabane Station and Omiya Station, the

Utsunomiya Line and Takasaki Line

between

Tokyo Station and Omiya Station, and the

Shonan-Shinjuku Line are all lines, and

operation is suspended.

In the section where the operation is suspended, there are some effects such as the lack of traffic lights along the railway line, so JR is proceeding with recovery, and there is no prospect of resuming operation so far.
