According to JR East, the Keihin-Tohoku Line, which had been suspended from operation before 1:00 pm due to a power outage caused by a fire at a substation, has resumed operation.
The Utsunomiya Line and Takasaki Line are expected to resume operation around 8:30 pm on the 10th.
On the other hand, the Shonan-Shinjuku Line has decided to suspend driving all day on some sections.
