A wild new tuning rally comes to a halt in Bron

The engines did not roar for long on the evening of Friday, October 8, Porte des Alpes.

A wild gathering of tuning had settled in the parking lot of the Bron shopping center, an appointment now well known to fans of big cars, who replay scenes from

front of a large audience.

Between 500 and 600 vehicles were present, bringing together between 1,500 and 2,000 people.

At around 11 p.m., the CRS trucks took their turn, and around 100 police officers carried out 400 checks which resulted in 141 verbalizations.

If tuning in itself is not prohibited by law, this gathering combined offenses: night noise, driving in the wrong direction, lack of insurance, unapproved vehicles ...

These wild meetings, which often take place on Friday and Saturday evenings in these car parks, are in the sights of the Rhône prefecture, which wanted to send a strong signal during this massive operation.
