On a prefectural road in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, a document was sent on suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Act, alleging that a high school boy repeatedly meandered on a bicycle and blocked the passage of cars behind him.

The documents were sent to a high school boy living in Kurashiki City.

According to police, in June, a high school boy was riding a bicycle on a one-lane prefectural road in Kurashiki City, suddenly approaching the center line or meandering for about 1.4 km and running behind him. There is a suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Act for "driving" that obstructs the passage of light passenger cars many times.

The police were consulted by a woman in her 70s who was driving a light passenger car, and proceeded with the investigation from the video of the drive recorder.

In response to the investigation, a high school boy said, "I was frustrated, so I thought I'd frustrate the driver who wouldn't complain."

According to the police, it is the third case in Saitama Prefecture to be arrested for "road rage" by bicycle, including a case in which a conviction was confirmed.
