On October 8, offline teaching was resumed in an orderly manner in the third grades of senior high schools in Xiamen colleges and ordinary high schools, except for the schools in the Tongan area; on October 11, offline teaching was resumed in an orderly manner in the third grades of senior high schools and ordinary high schools in the Tongan area; October 18 , Other grades of the city’s middle schools, secondary vocational schools, primary schools, kindergartens (except the kindergartens in the Tong’an area) and training institutions resume offline teaching in an orderly manner; on October 25, the kindergartens in the Tong’an jurisdiction resumed offline teaching in an orderly manner.
Guo Xianwen said that schools at all levels and types of schools must have 10 conditions to resume offline teaching. "One school, one case" meets the requirements, environmental sites meet the requirements, comprehensive implementation of health management, comprehensive implementation of nucleic acid testing, implementation of back-to-school health requirements, and implementation The campus management, emergency response mechanism is sound, teaching is effectively connected, personal protection is in place, and the mental health service system is sound.
