According to the official Weibo news of the Hainan Provincial Public Security Department, the Jiyang Branch of the Sanya Public Security Bureau issued a police report on the 8th, stating that on October 7, 2021, the public security organs received reports from the masses and netizens "Luo Mou" "Ping" posted illegal remarks on Sina Weibo that insulted the heroes of the volunteers to resist the US and Aid Korea, which caused a bad influence.

At present, the Jiyang Branch of the Sanya Public Security Bureau has criminally detained Luo Mouping on suspicion of "infringing on the reputation and honor of heroes and martyrs", and the case is being further processed.

　　The report stated that on October 7, the public security organs received reports from the masses that the netizen "Luo Mouping" posted illegal remarks on Sina Weibo that insulted the heroes of the Korean Volunteers to Resist US Aid Korea, which caused a bad influence.

The Jiyang Branch of the Sanya Public Security Bureau summoned Luo Mouping (male, from Changsha, Hunan, 40 years old, Sina Weibo name "Luo Mouping") according to law on the same day and launched an investigation.

　　After censorship, Luo Mouping confessed to his illegal acts of insulting the heroes of the Korean Volunteers to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea through Weibo.

At present, the Jiyang Branch of the Sanya Public Security Bureau has criminally detained Luo Mouping on suspicion of "infringing on the reputation and honor of heroes and martyrs", and the case is being further processed.
