So many people who regularly support a loved one whose autonomy is reduced by illness, disability or age.
What all these caregivers have in common is having seen their daily life turned upside down.

Being a caregiver is often synonymous with a dime a dozen sacrifices, often silent and difficult to measure, in financial, professional, medical, social and marital terms.
The purpose of the national caregivers day is to highlight these invisible people in need of recognition.
While the law is gradually clarifying their status, much remains to be done to relieve them.
