As an emergency restoration method, Wakayama City plans to install a temporary water pipe on the prefectural road bridge that runs parallel to the east side of the water pipe bridge and circulate the water supply route, and the construction is scheduled to start at 10 am on the 6th. is.



The construction will be carried out with the bridge on the prefectural road of about 475 meters closed, and about 100 water pipes with a length of 6 meters and a diameter of 70 cm will be connected to create a water supply route on the road.



Construction will proceed 24 hours a day, and from midnight on the 8th, we will resume water supply to houses that are out of water, and we plan to eliminate the water outage in the entire area in the early morning of the 9th of this month.
