Saudi Arabia allows new groups to come directly to the Kingdom
An official source in the Saudi Ministry of Interior revealed that the Kingdom decided to allow coming to it directly without the need to spend (14) days outside it, for some professions and categories, provided that the institutional quarantine applies to them, and the vaccine is taken during the period of the institutional quarantine, and these categories are: Teaching and the like in universities, colleges and institutes, male and female teachers in general education, the training body in the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training and Training Institutes, scholarship students.
The statement of the Ministry of Interior indicated that it excludes from the application of the institutional stone those who received a dose or completed receiving doses of the vaccine inside the Kingdom, provided that this includes the companions of those groups and their families, and workers in the public and private sectors.
The Kingdom also lifted the suspension of travel for citizens under the age of 18 to the Kingdom of Bahrain, with the application of the previously announced requirements for the travel of citizens.
The source explained that all precautionary and preventive measures for travel are subject to continuous evaluation by the Public Health Authority (Weqaya), according to the developments in the epidemiological situation.
