On September 24, a video conference on cooperation between local legislatures of Heilongjiang Province-Guangdong Province-Russia’s sister provinces and prefectures was held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, Guangdong Province, China, and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Sverdlovsk Oblast in Russia Exchanges and communications were conducted on the theme of "Creating a Good Environment for the Rule of Law and Promoting the Development of Sino-Russian Local Cooperation".
As an important channel and hub for economic and trade cooperation and friendly exchanges between China and Russia, Heilongjiang Province has actively created a window for China to open up to the north in recent years, promoted the integration of the revitalization of Heilongjiang old industrial bases with the development strategy of the Russian Far East, and participated in the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.
From January to July this year, the trade volume of Heilongjiang Province with Russia reached 11 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year increase of 23%.
The continuous expansion of the scale and areas of China-Russia cooperation requires the escort of the rule of law to help companies better understand each other's national development status, familiarize themselves with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure that the economic and trade cooperation between the two sides advances in an orderly manner in accordance with the law.
This time, Guangdong, Heilongjiang, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Sverdlovsk Oblast of Russia have great industrial linkages and strong economic complementarities. They have deepened economic and trade cooperation and jointly promoted the prosperity and development of Northeast Asia. The potential is huge. ,bright future.
