[Explanation] On September 24, the official website of the National Health Commission of China reported that 11 new local confirmed cases were reported in Xiamen from 0-24 o'clock on the 23rd. So far, Xiamen has reported a total of 222 local confirmed cases, and the first case originated in Tong'an District. The confirmed cases accounted for nearly 90% of the city. Xinmin Township in the district is a high-risk area and is the top priority for the prevention and control of the Xiamen epidemic.
[Explanation] As a Taiwanese-funded Class A hospital-Xiamen Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, in the early stage of the epidemic, 20 medical staff were called to support nucleic acid testing in Xinmin Town, Tong'an District. Now they have been working continuously for more than a week.

[Explanation] In the Heshan community of Xinmin Town, Tong’an, a high-risk area of the epidemic, Chang Gung Medical staff sits in the Kangwang Temple, which is rich in southern Fujian’s architectural characteristics. There are 3 to 5 lines on site, starting from 8 am to 10 pm every day. There are shifts every hour, and each medical staff has to shift twice a day.
Even though the autumnal equinox has passed, the maximum temperature in Xiamen is still over 30°C. It is a great test for every medical staff to keep working for several hours in protective clothing.

[Explanation] Some of the confirmed cases in Tong'an District of this round of the epidemic were discovered from nucleic acid testing of all employees. The importance of nucleic acid testing and the risks faced are self-evident. In early August, he participated in the nucleic acid testing of imported related epidemics in Xiamen. Chen Weili took the initiative to sign up to work in high-risk areas this time. She said that as a medical staff, she has an obligation and responsibility to rush to the front line of the epidemic.
