In the Fusheng Temple, Xinjiang County, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, the Yuan Dynasty hanging sculpture of Guanyin Crossing the Sea wears a crown of flowers on its head and auspicious clouds on its feet, as if slowly floating from far to near.

The colored sculptures are exquisite in craftsmanship, amiable and elegant in color, and have been included in the "Complete Works of Chinese Art" (ancient sculpture volume).

Fusheng Temple has a history of more than a thousand years. The temple area is shaded by trees and the buildings are layered and scattered. In 2001, it was included in the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
