  From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, heavy rain or heavy rain (50-95 mm) occurred in parts of northeastern Sichuan, southern Ningxia, northeastern Gansu, central Shaanxi, and southwest Shanxi.

  At 05:00 on the 23rd, the center of the tropical depression in the South China Sea was located on the sea about 370 kilometers south of Yongxing Island in Sansha, Hainan. The maximum wind force near the center was 7 (15 m/s), and the lowest pressure in the center was 1002 hPa.

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue tropical depression forecasts at 06:00 on September 23.

It is estimated that the tropical depression will move to the northwest at a speed of about 20 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity or a slight increase, and it will make landfall on the central coast of Vietnam in the early morning of the 24th (15-18 m/s, tropical depression or Tropical storm level), the intensity gradually weakened after landing.

  Affected by this, from 08:00 on the 23rd to 08:00 on the 24th, there will be 6 to 7 strong winds in the western South China Sea, the Paracel Islands, and the Zhongsha Islands. Among them, the western part of the South China Sea has 8 winds and 9-10 gusts.

  In the next three days, there will be moderate to heavy rains in the South China Sea, Hainan Island, the southern coastal areas of Guangxi, and the coastal areas of Guangxi.
