This night inspection operation is mainly to conduct unannounced night inspections on the standardized management of electric bicycles in apartments, communities, rental houses, etc., focusing on checking whether there are electric bicycles and batteries in the jurisdiction. "Indoor charging", "flying line charging" and parking and charging in public areas in the building, and other fire safety hazards, and the construction and use of public charging piles (charging sheds) for electric bicycles in the apartment community, basic fire-fighting facilities within the unit, and "two passages" ", the fire control duty room, miniature fire station, and holiday unit supervisors are on duty, on duty, etc. to inspect the real-name system.
The night inspection inspected 76 residential quarters, old bungalows, rental apartments, and rental houses, and found 314 hidden dangers for rectification, cleaned up 92 electric bicycle batteries for illegal entry into the house, and illegally charged 97 electric bicycles with "flying line charging", and violated regulations Parked 208 electric vehicles, punished 19 property, apartment and other management units, and planned to impose a fine of 285,000 yuan.
Six individuals were punished with a total fine of 5,500 yuan. Five of them were fined RMB 1,000 for illegal parking and charging of electric bicycles, violating the "Regulations on Fire Safety Management of High-rise Civil Buildings," and refusing to make corrections after repeated notifications.
Since the beginning of September, Beijing Fire's official Weibo and WeChat public account have reminded electric vehicles of potential fire safety hazards on 19 occasions, almost once a day.
The Tongzhou Fire Rescue Detachment reminds citizens that to prevent electric bicycle fires, the following should be done: first, go to a regular store to buy qualified products from regular manufacturers and save the purchase voucher; second, minimize the use in harsh environments during use. Especially in rain and snow, pay attention to regular maintenance and inspection; third, it is strictly forbidden to illegally modify electric bicycles and batteries without exceeding the standard; fourth, it is strictly forbidden to “enter the door” of electric bicycles, and the electric bicycles must be placed outdoors during the charging process. Charge, stay as far away as possible from the house, and never park in buildings, especially in evacuation passages such as stairwells, corridors, and safety exits.
Don’t use “flying wires” or unwittingly connect wires for charging; fifth, in the event of a fire, cut off the charging power supply in time, use a fire extinguisher, fire blanket or a large amount of water for rescue, and organize the evacuation of the masses and call 119 for help; sixth, It is recommended that property owners, social units, rental apartments, and villagers’ self-built real estate rights owners build charging piles, charging sheds, charging cabinets and other facilities within the management scope of their jurisdiction.
