Okinawa Prefecture announced on the 20th that it was confirmed that 80 new people were infected with the new coronavirus.
It is the first time that the number of newly infected people has fallen below 100 since 99 on July 24th.
Also, the number of people has decreased by 60 compared to last Monday, and it is the 26th consecutive day that it is below the same day of the previous week.
A total of 48,780 infected people were confirmed in the prefecture.
On the other hand, two men in their 70s, one woman, and one man in their 90s died, for a total of four people, and 290 people died in the prefecture.
