  From the 17th to the 19th, heavy rains occurred in the Weihe River Basin. Affected by heavy rainfall, the main stream of the Weihe River Lintong Station had a flow of 3340 cubic meters per second at 14:00 on the 19th, forming the No. 1 flood of the Weihe River in 2021.

At present, Hongfeng is evolving to the downstream Huaxian Station.
