The counseling session held in Naka-ku, Hiroshima City was held by a support group made up of lawyers and A-bomb survivor groups, and about 50 people who applied in advance participated.



In the proceedings in which residents and others complained that they had suffered health damage due to the so-called "black rain" containing radioactive substances, all the plaintiffs were recognized as A-bomb survivors, and the A-bomb survivor health handbook was already issued. Will be free.



The government has indicated that it will urgently consider remedies for those who were in a similar situation to the plaintiffs.



At the council, a lawyer said, "We need to make the government aware that some people are waiting for the A-bomb survivor's notebook."
