[Explanation] The "post-95" Chengdu girl Shen Xiwen in front of me is a graduate student of Chengdu University of Technology.

On September 18th, Shen Xiwen is discussing with team members the charity project they recently studied on the employment model of disabled youth. The project has entered the national competition stage of the 7th China International "Internet +" University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

When she was more than 1 year old, Shen Xiwen was diagnosed with osteogenesis imperfecta because she could not stand, commonly known as "porcelain doll".

Compared with ordinary people, the bones of such patients are more fragile and can easily cause fractures.

When she was a child, Shen Xiwen envied her classmates for having a healthy body.

In fact, when I was a child, I thought I was a little inferior, because other children can walk and jump, but I can’t. When they are in physical education class, I will sit in the classroom and read and study boringly. , And life is relatively boring, so at that time I would envy them for having a good and healthy body, and then I would feel a little unfortunate.

[Explanation] During Shen Xiwen's growth, her mother Zhang Zongyan has been with her to encourage her.

With age, Shen Xiwen's condition stabilized at the age of 10.

In order to make Shen Xiwen's life better in the future, Zhang Zongyan resolutely quit her job and sent Shen Xiwen to school to become a "accompanying mother".

Picking up and dropping off to and from school, taking to the toilet between classes, taking care of daily life... Since then, Shen Xiwen's class schedule has been printed in Zhang Zongyan's heart.

When her condition was not stable at first, I taught her how to read at home, and I thought what would happen to her if she had no education.

When she was about 10 years old, her condition was relatively stable, and then I decided to quit my job and send her to school.

In the process of sending her to school, I was most afraid of heavy rain, because I used a bicycle to carry her to school. Every time it rained, I was particularly frightened because I was afraid of falling her over.

[Explanation] Shen Xiwen, who entered the elementary school, achieved three consecutive grades with the knowledge of her mother's usual teaching and her own efforts, and went directly to the third grade of elementary school.

In life, she exercises unremittingly every day, improves her physical fitness by standing, walking, jumping, etc., and achieved independent walking in her sophomore year.

In terms of study, she worked diligently and was admitted to Chengdu University of Technology for a master's degree in 2020.

As a member of the Sichuan Disabled Inspirational Reporting Group, she often goes to government agencies and schools to give inspirational report speeches.

I joined the Sichuan Disabled Inspiration Report Group in 2021. It is also to spread a positive energy, that is, it is not bad for the disabled group, but it is inconvenient. As long as they have an equal opportunity, they can do better and make society better. The public has a better understanding of the disabled group, which can promote the development of the concept of the integration of the disabled and the health.

[Explanation] Nowadays, apart from the physical aspect, this talkative and cheerful girl can't see any difference from a healthy person.

Shen Xiwen also said that the postgraduate entrance examination is to better serve the disabled and explore the employment path of the disabled.

In the future, she will always serve the disabled group.

I started to study when I enrolled in graduate school, how to help our disabled groups, especially disabled young people like me, a new model of employment and entrepreneurship for them.

In my future plans, I will not leave the disabled group or the disability cause. I hope that I can contribute my own strength to the development of our disability cause to help more disabled groups and bring Give them hope, confidence and optimism.
