Four years ago, the Supreme Court decided to dismiss his father's appeal and imprisoned him for his father, who was acquitted in the first trial and convicted of reversal in the second trial after being charged with sexually assaulting his eldest daughter in Shizuoka Prefecture. The year's conviction has been finalized.

Regarding sexual crimes, discussions on law revisions have begun at the Legislative Council on the 16th, following a series of acquittals.

In 2017, in a trial in which his father was acquitted of sexually assaulting his 12-year-old eldest daughter at his home in Shizuoka Prefecture, the Shizuoka District Court of the first instance said, "The eldest daughter suffered damage for about two years. However, it was so unnatural that no one in the family noticed it, and the testimony was unreliable. "

On the other hand, the Tokyo High Court of the second instance said, "I was in a situation where my father was violent and I couldn't even cry. He pointed out that "the physical and mental pain suffered from his father is beyond speculation," and canceled the first instance and sentenced him to seven years in prison as he was sentenced.

In response, the father appealed, but Judge Mamoru Miura of the Second Small Court of the Supreme Court decided to dismiss by the 17th, and the conviction of the second trial was confirmed.

In the wake of this trial, a protest activity called Flower Demo, which calls for the eradication of sexual violence and a review of the law on sex crimes, has spread, and discussions on law revisions have begun at the Legislative Council on the 16th.
