After nearly 6 months of installation and commissioning, "Hai Xun 03" will be listed in Hainan Maritime Safety Administration around March 2022, becoming the largest tonnage administrative law enforcement vessel in Hainan Free Trade Port, ending the Hainan Maritime Safety Administration’s inability to become independent The dilemma of completing the patrol law enforcement mission in the waters of the jurisdiction.
At the same time, the "Hai Xun 03" ship has global cruise and rescue functions, and will become an important platform for China to participate in maritime traffic emergency handling and communication and cooperation in the South China Sea and surrounding waters, and enhance its ability to provide maritime services in far-reaching seas.
