Following 59 new local confirmed cases on September 13, Fujian Province added another 50 local confirmed cases on September 14.

  According to the report of the Fujian Provincial Health Commission on September 15, from 0:00 to 24:00 on September 14, Fujian Province reported 50 new local confirmed cases (12 in Xiamen, 5 in Quanzhou, and 33 in Putian), of which asymptomatic infections 9 cases were transferred to be diagnosed; 1 new local asymptomatic infection (reported by Xiamen City).

  From September 10 to 24:00 on September 14, Fujian Province has reported a total of 152 local confirmed cases, all of whom are currently hospitalized (45 in Xiamen, 16 in Quanzhou, and 91 in Putian). There are no deaths; there are still asymptomatic local infections. 13 cases were under centralized isolation medical observation (1 case in Xiamen, 12 cases in Putian).

There are 4,540 close contacts in Fujian who are under medical observation.

  In order to speed up the nucleic acid detection process, three shelter laboratories have been built and put into use at the shelter nucleic acid detection point in Xianyou County, Putian City. Up to 100,000 tubes of nucleic acid samples can provide nucleic acid sample testing for 800,000 to 1 million people every day (according to 10:1 nucleic acid mixed sampling).

Xiamen City built a shelter nucleic acid laboratory overnight, which will be put into use on the same day.

It is the third time that Fuzhou has added temporary large-scale nucleic acid testing sampling sites to further meet the people's recent nucleic acid testing needs.

  Traceability and isolation control is a key part of preventing the epidemic.

Fujian currently has 2 high-risk areas and 4 medium-risk areas, and delimits closed areas, control areas, and prevention areas.
