The staff then asked Liu whether he was drinking, and whether he was driving for him.
Liu denied it, and the answer logic was very confusing.
The police asked Liu to identify the vehicle and the accompanying persons, and obtained the surveillance video in front of the brigade, and found that Liu was actually driving the vehicle by himself.
In accordance with law enforcement procedures, the police from the punishing brigade transferred the man to the Nanshan Traffic Police Brigade.
The police of the Nanshan Brigade tested Liu's blood alcohol content and the result was 54mg/100ml.
During the disposal process, the police also discovered that Liu had been fined 2,000 yuan by the traffic police department for driving a motor vehicle after drinking on October 7, 2017, and the motor vehicle driver’s license was temporarily detained for 6 months. The second drink-driving is illegal, and Liu is already a second drink-driving.
According to relevant regulations, the traffic police sentenced him to 10 days of detention, a fine of 2,000 yuan, and the suspension of his motor vehicle driving license.
