Since September 1, the French state no longer imposes a minimum number of days of remote work and more and more companies are encouraging their employees to return to the site.

An incentive more or less well received by employees who, after more than 18 months of the pandemic, have become accustomed to organizing their work from their home.

Some do not want to give it up.
