On August 16, Du Bingjian, a member of the expert team of the National Emergency Rescue Command Center and an expert of the rescue center of China Coal Geology Bureau, said at the rescue site of the "8·14" roof fall accident at the Qaidar Coal Mine that the coal mine where the accident occurred was at a high altitude and was frozen.
