Chongqing Public Security Bureau Yuzhong District Bureau issued a notice on its official Weibo on the 12th, saying that the police station filed an appeal against the Yuzhong District Court’s ruling that Wanglongmen police station policemen verbally summoned Wang to violate the law. The branch apologized to Wang and his parents and ordered the police station to withdraw the appeal.
The Public Security Branch of Yuzhong District believes that the verbal summons by the policeman against Wang violated legal procedures, and the use of police equipment against Wang’s parents did not comply with relevant regulations.
Decided to stop performing duties against Fu and Chen and other police officers and accept investigation and handling by the discipline inspection and inspection departments.
The police station was ordered to withdraw the appeal.
