The famous Swedish band ABBA returned for the first time, in nearly four decades, to the ranking of the top 10 singles in Britain, with a song from their new album, "Voyage", according to an official classification published the day before yesterday.

The song "Don't Chat Me Down" immediately entered the ninth place in the UK singles chart.

The song is the second most downloaded work this week, and the number of listeners to it reached 2.3 million times through streaming services, according to the agency responsible for ratings.

A second single from the new album, "I Still Have Faith In You", ranked 14th in the rating.

The two new songs are on ABBA's first studio album, Voyage, since 1981's The Physizers. The album was announced during an event last week in London, in fulfillment of a promise made years ago to the band's fans to return.

"Voyage" includes 10 songs, eight of which are new and two are restored versions of "Just a Notion" and "Bumblebee."

The announcement embodied the return promised years ago and expected by the band's audience, which broke up in 1982, after achieving great success during the seventies thanks to its famous songs.

ABBA will also launch a new theatrical show starting next May in a theater that can accommodate 3,000 people specially prepared for this purpose in East London.

2.3 million listened to the song "Don't Chat Me Down", which was the second most downloaded work.
