In addition, some people often overlook the role that family history plays in increasing the risk of heart disease.

Dr. Badr advised young people that they can maintain the health of their hearts and prevent cardiovascular diseases and prevent their development by conducting regular check-ups starting from the age of 20 or earlier if they have a family history of heart disease, and being careful to exercise physical activity, and follow a diet healthy.
