How great are leaders when they anticipate the future of their people, and plan to invest the future in the best way!
This indicates their interest in their people and their country, and that they seek to benefit future generations, as they seek to benefit the present generations, and even more, thus immortalizing their greatness in the memory of history, and they will be a nation that is guided by them in giving, giving, wisdom and goodness.
Foreseeing the future and planning it tightly is the approach of Islam on the lips of its messengers and reformed men. This is the Prophet of God Yusuf, peace be upon him, had it not been for his planning to expel the people of Egypt from the seven lean years that he knew inevitably would come; The famine would have afflicted all of the people, and destroyed their choice and common people, and before him Noah, peace be upon him, had it not been for his planning for the future by building an ark so that he would be saved, and those with him from drowning, humanity would have perished, and this is our master Muhammad, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, had it not been for his planning for the future by emigrating. His companions went to Abyssinia, then to Medina, and then migrated to it himself, with careful planning for its implementation. Were it not for that, the state of Islam would not have been established, and thus he looked forward to the future, so he informed his companions and his nation, what the matter of his nation will reach in the east and west of the earth, and what good will be opened to it, and what temptation will be surrounded by, and what it must do to protect it, and what it must do for its world of agriculture Industry and urbanism.
Our entire religion is the religion of the work of the present for the near and distant future, so whoever neglects the work for the future, his present work is neither sound nor acceptable, and religion is the light of guidance for the work of this world and the hereafter, and these are accepted matters that are not hidden from the wise, except that few are those who fulfill the duty of anticipating the future, and plan Therefore, the best planning, and this little is the one that often ally with success {and few of my worshipers of gratitude}.
Among those few is our great country whose leadership is vigilant and persevering night and day, secretly and openly, on the successful work of planning for the successful and promising future. Therefore, in half a century of its life, it reached what many countries did not reach over hundreds of years, and the present civilization has surpassed today to the most promising civilization in the near future. This blessed country that does not cease to implement a five-year or ten-year plan until a fiftieth and centenary plan follows it;
So that the desired goal is present in the work being implemented until its construction and construction are completed in the best and most complete manner.
Including what was announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on the document of the fifty principles that define the strategic path of the state, in its next development cycle in the political, economic and internal development fields, based on the directives of the President of the State, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and after consulting with his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
This document, which outlines the future of the state, is an integrated course of action for the next fifty years. It will be, God Almighty, full of huge achievements that the leadership aspires to, and that achieve peace, peace, dialogue and comprehensive development in all its regions and across all sectors, as expressed by the owner His Highness, the President of the State, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed.
In light of this document and its ten very important principles, we look forward and plan for a brilliant future, which the whole world will fascinate with, as the UAE will reach the height of pride and happiness, God Almighty, and it is a document that can be immediately implemented.
As soon as it was announced, work began to implement it, starting with defining the priorities that unite the seven Emirates, developing the education environment, maintaining the country's superiority in many global indicators, and focusing on building an integrated and diversified economy, not linked to oil, as was announced.
With such foresight and sound planning, we achieve the great principles of Islam, which call for the righteousness of the religion and the world, and the construction of the world and the hereafter, and these are the features of the caliphate on the earth, and thus we give the whole world, especially the Islamic, a practical model for the approach of Islam that lives with its time and place, as if in its first breast, And we give the living model of good governance and good work, so that it is an argument against the laggards who walk backward, so their peoples live in backwardness and hardship, and they could have reached peaks, if they had taken the means of advancement as reasons for the decent living and the happiness that peoples seek.
God is the guardian of success, which is sufficient for us and the best agent.
