The case of the female passenger in the Huolala crash will go to court on September 10, and the driver is charged with death from negligence

  Cha Shasha, a 23-year-old woman from Hunan Province, died from a crash while following a car in Changsha when she called for Lala to move.

The police detained Zhou Mouchun, the truck driver involved, on suspicion of negligence causing death.

  On the same day, Zhou Mouchun’s wife, Ms. Li, told The Paper that she had previously received a notification from a legal aid lawyer that Zhou Mouchun’s case was scheduled to open at 9:00 am on September 10 (this Friday).

She claimed that the court informed that her husband voluntarily asked a legal aid lawyer to intervene, so the lawyer she hired failed to intervene.

"I hope the court can make a ruling in accordance with the law."

  The Paper previously reported that on the evening of February 6 this year, a 23-year-old girl named Cha Shasha called a truck to move in Changsha. She crashed while following the car and was injured. She died after being rescued.

  Subsequently, the relevant case handling department of the High-tech Zone of the Changsha Public Security Bureau intervened to investigate and deal with the matter.

  On March 3 this year, the Public Security Bureau of Changsha High-tech Zone reported that after investigation, at 15:00 on February 6, Zhou Mouchun received Cha Shasha’s moving order through the Huolala platform. At 20:38 that night, Zhou Mou Chun gets in touch with Cha Sasha.

After the two met, Zhou Mouchun asked Cha Shasha if she needed a paid moving service, but was refused.

In the meantime, Zhou Mouchun urged Cha Sha Sha to get on the bus many times and told her that the driver would charge extra for waiting for more than 40 minutes, but Cha Sha Sha ignored it.

  That night, Zhou Mouchun drove with Cha Sasha on the way to the destination, Zhou Mouchun changed the route to save time.

Cha Shasha repeatedly proposed that the vehicle was yaw, but Zhou Mouchun ignored it.

  On the afternoon of August 19, Guo Xiongwei, a lawyer hired by Zhou Mouchun's wife, stated that on August 13, the Yuelu District Procuratorate of Changsha City filed a public prosecution with the Yuelu District Court for Zhou Mouchun's negligence causing death.
