It is expected that typhoon "Conson" will move to the northwest at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour. It will pass through the central part of Luzon Island in the Philippines and enter the eastern sea surface of the South China Sea during the day on the 9th. Afterwards, its intensity will gradually increase and move toward the western part of Guangdong to Hainan. The east is close to the coast.

Yesterday, heavy rainfall occurred in Northeast China, Chongqing, Guizhou, Zhejiang and other places

Among them, some areas in northeastern Hebei, eastern Inner Mongolia, western and southern Northeast China will have moderate to heavy rains, local heavy rains, and strong winds.   In addition, from the 7th to the 8th, there were moderate to heavy rains and local heavy rains in parts of the eastern and southern Jiangnan, northern and southern coastal areas of South China, Hainan Island, Yunnan and other places.

"Conson" is located on an island in the central part of the Philippines

  The center of this year’s thirteenth typhoon "Conson" (severe tropical storm level) is located at 5 o'clock this morning on the central island of the Philippines, about 510 kilometers southeast of Manila, at 11.9 degrees north latitude and 124.8 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 10 Level (25 m/s), the lowest pressure in the center is 990 hPa.

  It is expected that "Conson" will move to the northwest at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour. It will pass through the central part of Luzon Island in the Philippines and enter the eastern sea surface of the South China Sea during the day on the 9th, and its intensity will gradually increase from the west of Guangdong to the eastern part of Hainan. There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia, Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, and eastern Jiangnan (see Figure 2).
