  Huang Zhikang introduced that this year's "Thunder Operation 2021" will be divided into two phases, which will take place from June 6th to July 11th and August 16th to 30th.

In Macau, under the coordination of the General Police Department, jointly implemented by the Public Security Police, the Judicial Police and the Macau Customs, it targets cross-border organized crimes, drug crimes, illegal gambling, loan shark crimes, illegal currency exchange, manipulation of prostitution and human trafficking, and telecommunications. A total of 746 operations were launched against targets such as cyber fraud and smuggling, with 9,721 people dispatched, 31,086 people investigated, and about 443 cases involved.

During "Operation Thunder 2021", the Macau police inspected various places and brought suspicious persons back to the police station for investigation.
