I was spoiled in my family's house.. an Egyptian woman divorced her husband because "his presence is like his absence"

An Egyptian housewife filed a lawsuit against her husband before the family court, requesting khul', because he was unable to marry him due to his failure in his work.

And the plaintiff continued in her lawsuit that she married 12 years ago to an employee working in a private company, and every period he leaves his job, claiming that he was dispensed with and that his managers are arbitrary in their decisions and do not like him, he said.

In the divorce suit, she said: "Every 6 months since our marriage, we go through a financial crisis because of my husband, who relies on me to borrow money from my brothers, in addition to that he has no responsibility, because life with him is an insult."

She added: "I gave birth to two children from him (10 years) and 8 years old, and they feel insulted because of their father. All we need to eat is to go to my brothers to eat and my husband is sleeping in bed waiting for me to bring him with me, so after these long years I felt that his presence is like his absence."

She continued, "I was a spoiled girl in my family's house, and I regretted marrying him because I challenged everyone to marry him and discovered that their talk about him is true."

The housewife ended the details of her problem before the court, saying: “He made me need all people, and because of his great need and indifference, I hated him.

This is a failure in his job, I do not want him.”
