Ronda celebrated its
LXIV Corrida Goyesca
to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the alternative of Antonio Ordóñez, his alma mater.
The first of the Ronda Goyescas was organized in 1954, although it was from 57 when Ordóñez breathed his soul and his category into it.
For the first time,
Cayetana Rivera Martínez de Irujo
was president of the Goyescan Ladies of Ronda this Saturday, as were her two grandmothers, occupying a place in the presidential box of the square along with other ladies, including Carmen Rivera Montes, the daughter small by Francisco Rivera Ordóñez.
The event was always coveted by the leading figures of bullfighting and always supported by the social pull that involved the Ordóñez Dominguín, Rivera and the followers of the Rivera Ordóñez saga,
Francisco and Cayetano
, who could not appear in the afternoon conceived as a tribute to his grandfather.
The poster remained in a hand-in-hand Roca Rey-Aguado, which was finally triumphant with a cast of seven ears -four and three, respectively- of the Jandilla bullfight.
The president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno
, approached the Plaza de la Maestranza in Ronda to show his support for the bullfighting sector and celebrate the flexibility of the capacity for bulls.
In statements to journalists, according to EFE, the Andalusian president insisted that the bullfighting sector "is not only tradition and culture" in Andalusia, but also economy.

Roca Rey lost a possible triumph with the sword in the first. But then he
no longer forgave with a full four-eared
on the two remaining bulls. One of them abrupt. It began with statuary of great stillness and endurance.
Jandilla's was not easy
, but the bullfighter showed firmness and used himself thoroughly in a work of value and great merit. He even ended up fighting with his hand low on the right side, where it seemed that the bull did not have a pass. He killed with a great lunge. The next bull was offered to Joaquín, the El Betis footballer. He began the task with both knees on the ground. It was a work of poise and very complete that ended
with bernadines
and that he signed again with the sword, although the bull took a long time to fall and had to fool around.
This was not an impediment for the task to be awarded with both ears.
Pablo Aguado came out eager
and left remarkable sets.
Aguado toasted Cayetano, who was witnessing the bullfight from a lying position.
Afterwards, he prefaced the task gently but the bull went down and, one by one, gave good naturals.
He was cheered.
With the second of his batch Pablo signed a graceful start to work and tempered a lot in the first two series with the right.
He left crutches of great quality in nature.
Above all there was a last series to frame for slowness and aesthetics.
Finally, he adorned himself with a lot of bullfighting before killing on the second attempt.
Ear.
ARJONA
Spurred on by the triumph of Roca Rey in the fifth, he received the sixth with a long change of knees.
The task of the crutch began with crutches of beautiful lines.
The pity is that the bull, in good condition, soon ran out.
Despite this, Aguado fought him with packaging on the right side first and also naturally.
A last series with the right put the finishing touch
to his work.
He killed with a lunge and wandered both ears.
