The Intermediate People’s Court of Datong City ruled that the defendant Chai Zengming was guilty of organizing and leading underworld organizations, crimes of intentional injury, crimes of fraud, crimes of forced trading, crimes of creating disturbances, extortion, bid rigging, concealing accounting documents and accounting books.
