"The child was diagnosed with congenital blindness not long after he was born. It was really painful at the time, but we couldn't give up." According to his mother, Chen Ping, Pengpeng was 10 years old and was sent to Zigong when he was over 5 years old due to congenital blindness. Enrolled in a special education school in the city.
