An explosion rate

The prefect insisted on recalling this rule while the epidemic situation in the department is deteriorating.

The incidence rate fell from 41.3 cases per 100,000 inhabitants on July 1, 2021 to 190 cases per 100,000 inhabitants on August 25.

The prefect recently discussed with the Regional Health Agency (ARS), mayors and parliamentarians.

He decided to keep the obligation to wear a mask outdoors, while penalizing the population as little as possible.

"This decree is in line with previous decisions relating to the rise in the incidence rate" explains the prefecture.
