This opinion adheres to the concept of “one family on both sides of the strait”, shares with Taiwan compatriots the development opportunities in the agricultural and forestry sector in Henan Province, continues to promote exchanges and cooperation in the agricultural and forestry sector between Henan and Taiwan, and supports Taiwan compatriots and Taiwanese enterprises in participating in Henan’s rural revitalization strategy and high-quality development of agricultural forestry. Further promote the deep integration of the economy and society of Yutai and Taiwan.
The opinions mainly cover six aspects of rural revitalization, development platforms, element guarantees, preferential subsidies, financial services, and other supporting services, with a total of 32 specific measures.
In terms of rural revitalization, Henan encourages Taiwan compatriots and Taiwanese enterprises to participate in the integrated development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries; encourages and supports Taiwan’s rural construction planners to participate in the protection and utilization of traditional villages and historical and cultural towns and villages in Henan Province; support conditions The municipalities under the jurisdiction of the province have applied for the establishment of the “Cross-Strait Rural Revitalization Cooperation Base” and the “Taiwan Farmer Pioneer Park”.
Regarding the development platform, Henan also encourages and supports Taiwan-funded agro-forestry enterprises engaged in leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Henan to apply for the creation of a national A-level tourist attraction.
In terms of factor protection, in addition to legal protection and enjoyment of electricity prices for agricultural production, Taiwanese compatriots and Taiwanese enterprises in rural land and woodland operations in Henan can also participate in the creation, protection and utilization of new plant varieties, as well as tea, fruits, and flowers.
