Each year in France, more than 200,000 women are victims of domestic violence.
Physical and psychological violence which has increased because of the Covid-19 crisis, more than 30% of reports during the first confinement.
Feminicides have numbered 77 since the beginning of the year, according to associations. The criminal response has hardened in recent years concerning the perpetrators of domestic violence, but only 1 in 5 acts of violence are denounced by the victims.
