(Fighting against new crown pneumonia) Yangzhou "Su Kang code" yellow code to green code needs to meet two conditions at the same time

China News Service, Yangzhou, August 29 (Reporter Cui Jiaming and Ge Yong) On the 29th, Jiang Hui, deputy director of the Yangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention, spoke at the 31st press conference on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Yangzhou. The reasons for the “yellow” health code and the criteria for “turning to green” were interpreted.

Who's "Su Kang code" will "turn yellow"?

There are mainly three groups of people: people in middle-risk areas, key people who may be exposed, and potential close contacts.

Jiang Hui said that people in areas with intermediate risk refer to residents in areas at risk of the epidemic or those who have lived in areas at risk in the past 14 days.

The key personnel who may be exposed refer to those who have stayed within 250 meters of the confirmed case for more than 30 minutes since the onset of the confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia (the time of the first positive specimen sampling for the asymptomatic infection) 4 days before.

Potential close contacts refer to persons who have a high risk of infection in the same place as a positively infected person but have not been judged as close contacts.

During the period when the "Su Kang code" is assigned a yellow code, relevant personnel must do a good job of home health monitoring.

How to convert the yellow code of "Su Kang code" to green code?

Jiang Hui said that two conditions must be met at the same time for the yellow code to turn green: one is for home health monitoring for 14 days (calculated from the date when the code turns yellow); the other is that the three nucleic acid tests are negative in the past 7 days.

"When most people meet these two conditions, the yellow code will automatically be converted to green code. If the yellow code meets the above-mentioned transcoding conditions but does not have the yellow code automatically, they can report the negative results of 3 nucleic acid tests within 7 days. The local street (township) applies for yellow code conversion to green code." Jiang Hui also said that if the yellow code personnel who meet the requirements for conversion do not deal with it within 28 days, the system will automatically convert all the codes to green codes.
