Son Dam-bi and Jung Ryeo-won's agency, H& Entertainment, issued an official statement on the 29th and said, "Son Dam-bi and Jung Ryeo-won have nothing to do with the fisheries industry."
According to the Daekyung Ilbo report earlier, Kim, who was called a fake fisherman in Pohang, approached Son Dam-bi in 2019 and gave him luxury goods and Porsche vehicles, and he was very pleased.
It is also known that Son Dam-bi repaid up to 50 million won borrowed from Jung Ryeo-won.
The media reported that Jung Ryeo-won received a BMW Mini Coupe as a gift from Kim, whom she met through the introduction of Son Dam-bi.
The list released contains about 20 items including a total of 72.34 million won in cash and various luxury items.
H& Entertainment said, "Kim was a fan of Son Dam-bi during the filming of the drama in 2019, and came to the filming set and gave them drinks and snacks as gifts."
"Kim unilaterally attacked Son Dam-bi with an expensive gift, but he returned everything he received, including gifts and cash," he said.
Regarding the report that Jung Ryeo-won received the car as a gift, he said, "I didn't receive a gift from Mr. Kim, I bought a used car." He said, "After depositing the price of the used car into Kim's account, the vehicle was delivered, and the deposit history is clearly present." also disclosed

Kim is accused of committing fraudulent activities worth 11.6 billion won by impersonating a fisherman. During the police investigation in April, Kim stated that he had offered money to influential people such as incumbent prosecutors.
