This spring, the Baoxing Fengtongzhai Area of Giant Panda National Park (Fengtongzhai Reserve) cooperated with China West Normal University to carry out an infrared camera monitoring survey of wild pheasants, and collected many precious wild animal photos and videos.

When the staff recently recovered the video data, they found a group of rare images of giant pandas in the same frame.

The picture taken in April of this year shows that in a clearing surrounded by green bamboos, two wild giant pandas suddenly appeared one after the other.

It is reported that the estrus period of giant pandas is from March to May every year, and the staff speculates that these may be two "national treasures" who are "playing with friends".

In addition, these two giant pandas, which are not very different in size, may also be a pair of "traveling" sub-adult twins.

There is a certain probability that a giant panda will give birth to twins. Only if the ecological environment is suitable and food is sufficient, the twins will live together in the mother's territory and grow up together smoothly.
