The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has opened the door for craftsmen, talents and makers in Al Quoz to apply for the long-term cultural visa, which was approved by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
