On the morning of the 28th, two ships of the China Coast Guard invaded Japan's territorial waters off the coast of the Senkaku Islands in Okinawa Prefecture.

The Japan Coast Guard has continued to warn the territorial waters to ensure the safety of the fishing vessels and to leave the territorial waters immediately, as the vessels have shown a move toward approaching Japanese fishing vessels.

According to the 11th Division Maritime Security Headquarters, at around 11:50 am on the 28th, two of the four ships of the China Coast Guard that were navigating the connecting waters just outside Japan's territorial waters were south of the Senkaku Islands. Off the coast of the islet, it invaded Japan's territorial waters and approached Japanese fishing boats.



As of noon, the two vessels are sailing within Japanese territorial waters approximately 18 to 20 kilometers south-southeast of Minami Kojima.



The Japan Coast Guard Headquarters has patrol boats navigating around the fishing boats to ensure the safety of the fishing boats and continues to warn them to leave the territorial waters immediately.
