, say on Thursday

.

Thus, 52% of them are not satisfied with their current situation and eight out of ten people think of leaving the Ile-de-France region in the next three years.

According to them, it has become gloomy.

In addition, the main reason for this disenchantment is linked in particular to the cost of living.

80% of respondents find that life in Paris or in the suburbs has become too expensive.

The stressful daily rhythm is also involved, as is the time spent in transport which lasts, on average, more than an hour each day.

Bordeaux, the most popular destination

More space, less nuisance, a better quality of life but also a better balance between professional and personal life… This is what the majority of executives questioned are looking for. But it is still necessary to succeed in crossing the course. According to the study, around two-thirds of executives surveyed said they were afraid of not finding a job far from Paris. "We see that 30% of executives have actively sought a position or have had interviews, and 3% have considered or requested a transfer in their company," explains Julien Breuilh, director of studies at Cadremploi.

Several cities then make dream these executives who can no longer support the French capital, starting with Bordeaux, which tops the list of the most popular destinations.

Nantes comes far behind, followed by Lyon and the Aix-Marseille metropolis.

Other big cities like Montpellier, Toulouse, Rennes, Nice, Tours or Lille are also popular.

One in two people surveyed would even be ready to lower their salary, or even change jobs, in order to move away from Paris and the Paris region.
