Spencer Elden, the naked baby on Nirvana's famous "Nevermind" album art, has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles court.

He accuses the group of "child pornography".

He is arguably one of the most famous babies in music.

In 1991, four-month-old Spencer Elden appeared naked on the cover of Nirvana's "Nevermind" album.

30 years later, the young man filed a complaint in a Los Angeles court against the group and accuses him of child pornography.

Private parts lasciviously shown, extreme and permanent emotional distress: this is what the complaint filed by Spencer Elden in a Los Angeles court denounces.

Spencer Elden's lawyer goes even further and also points to the presence of a $ 1 bill on the wallet that he believes makes the baby look like a sex worker.

130,000 euros in damages

The child now in his thirties is now claiming 130,000 euros from each of the 17 accused, including former members of Nirvana.

A huge sum, if we compare it to the 170 euros received at the time by Spencer's parents in exchange for the photo.

Since then, "Nevermind" has become a legendary album, one of the best-selling in the world with 30 million copies.

In various interviews in recent years, Spencer Elden has repeatedly expressed his embarrassment and his feeling of having been exploited.

He also took advantage of this popularity on several occasions on the album's birthdays.

Spencer Elden had even recreated the cover by diving in a swimsuit in a swimming pool.

Kurt Cobain's gang wanted to denounce capitalism and the greed.

Thirty years later, the circle has come full circle.
