Wang Jicheng (pseudonym), a junior at Henan Polytechnic University, usually searches for job information through the App and official account that publishes internship information.

However, he found that some official accounts would display attractive titles such as "post push code", but they actually need to pay attention to the official account and scan the code to enter the group. "After entering the group, the group will share a lot of internship information, and some are completely ineffective. Sexually, some groups will also promote various job hunting courses and advertise, which is not like the previous introduction."

The data shows that 87.2% of the interviewed students have had an internship experience.

The students interviewed felt that the more difficult areas in the process of finding internships include: clearly identifying the internship position that suits them (49.8%), making a resume that is more favored by interviewers (48.5%), and finding the internship position so that they can be rewarded. (32.9%) and successfully passed the pen and interview assessment (30.7%).

Li Jun, director of the Career Guidance Center of Nankai University, found that students mainly encounter four difficulties when looking for internships. “First, the content of internships is generally broader, and fewer matches with majors; second, most summer vacations It is only two months, but many companies often require a three-month internship, which requires high time for students. Third, the protection provided by the internship unit is not comprehensive. Some good internship units are in big cities, and the burden of renting a house is relatively high for students; Fourth, some students in majors, especially at the postgraduate level, are under heavy academic pressure, which leads to no concentrated time for internships."

79.6% of the students surveyed paid to participate in internship counseling

Li Zijian, who is about to enter the second year of graduate school in a university in Hangzhou, saw some so-called "paid internship programs" when browsing internship information. Appear".

Some platforms are purely "information porters" and do not check the authenticity of the information. Some recruitment information has expired and are still being released. In order to make profit, the platform of the company sends out some high-paying internship information, which may actually be a scam, which will mislead students."

When Li Ming was looking for an internship, he saw an advertisement saying that there was a pen interview question for Internet company internships over the years. The group leader had been recruiting in a large factory, and he could also give a resume, interview, etc., so he gave it a try. The mentality of paying to join, "I discovered after joining the group that many of these materials can be found by myself. 76.0% of students surveyed look forward to strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises and creating more internship opportunities

Shen Fanli is currently working as a product manager intern, which is quite different from her major.

But through communicating with the mentor who brought her, sorting out the work process, and reading historical documents, she slowly accumulated some knowledge and skills related to the position.

"I think we can start from a small company, accumulate experience, and then slowly deliver resumes from large factories, so that the success rate will be higher." Shen Fanli feels that he can pay attention to some platforms that specialize in internship information release, and he can also pay attention to school counseling. The information released by the staff is more reliable and guaranteed. “I rarely read internship groups or official accounts. I feel that the information is too complicated and the various industries are intertwined, and the authenticity remains to be verified.”

"False and fraudulent information requires special attention." Li Jun reminded that it is necessary to obtain information through formal channels, and to evaluate the performance of the other party during the application process to prevent false fraud. "There are also some internships that require students to be purely Coolies', doing some repetitive work that has nothing to do with the profession, and the purpose of exercise is not achieved there. This requires everyone to learn to distinguish, pay attention to protecting their personal and property safety, and not to waste precious time."
