The Intermediate People’s Court of Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province issued a notice on the opening of the case on its official Weibo on the 24th, stating that the court accepted the case at the second instance on July 2 and delivered the "Notice of Appearance" to Wu on August 9. The defender and legal representative of the case, the "Notice of Appearance" has stated that the hearing time of the case is August 31.
Because Wu was born on December 29, 2003 and has not yet reached the age of eighteen years, according to relevant laws and regulations, the case will be heard in public at a predetermined time, and a fair trial and judgment will be achieved.
